Ask Nurse Sue – Support for Care Givers
Meets the second Wednesday of the month from 7-9pm.

The aim of this group is to offer spiritual, emotional and practical support for caregivers,
especially those caring for elders.
We not only have practitioners facilitating the group, but we are also blessed to have two Nurse Sue’s in our congregation who can help us navigate the medical world and the many questions that come up as we care for others. And, we have the experience of others who have been down the road before.

Sometimes we are so close to our own situation we cannot arrive at an objective viewpoint regarding it, or we may lack the experience and training needed to solve the problem. Working with a licensed Practitioner helps us meet the immediate situation. The Practitioner will explain how to sustain the healing or correction, and how to approach future challenges.

Religious Science recognizes Spirit (God) as Universal. The basis of all healing is, "Know the truth and the truth shall make you free". The truth is that we are already free -- "made in the image and likeness of God". Knowing this, regardless of how undesirable a situation or condition may appear, or how long it has existed, it can be changed under the one law of love -- the law of Universal Spirit.

An interview with one of our Practitioners, whether in person or by telephone, will aid you in understanding current circumstances and their causes. Through spiritual mind treatment the law of Mind and Spirit is set in motion to guide you in the control of your life and affairs with right thinking and spiritual understanding. The relationship between you and your Practitioner is one of complete confidence and freedom at all times.

As our gift to you, after each spiritual gathering, our Practitioners are available to sit with you in prayer and also answer any questions you may have about spiritual practices, Practitioner services, and our church.

Additionally, you may make a written prayer request at any time, simply by filling out a Prayer Request form and placing it in the request box available at all Namasté Gatherings. You may also e-mail your request to MOP@NamastePlace.com. One of our Practitioners will take your request into confidential prayer as soon as it is received. We also offer a written Spiritual Mind Treatment to support your own prayer and meditation practice.

As we travel on this wonderful journey together, we know that Spirit guides us to fresh, new opportunities. Our Ministry of Prayer provides a safe place to examine our beliefs and renew our commitment to the conscious elimination of obstacles which may block us from experiencing all of our Divine nature.

Reverend Kristin, the Ministry of Prayer, and our licensed Practitioners invite you to rest your soul, renew your spirit, and open your heart as you allow us to be of sacred service.
